  • White, soft, unripened cheese made from the whey of cow's milk

  • Mild taste with natural sweetness from the milks sugar content (3% lactose)

  • Creamy consistency, but still a lean product, with a maximum of 10% fat content and naturally rich in protein

  • Round shape, approx. 250 and 500 g (supplied in cups, not waterproof)
